Created sometime in the 1930's in Mexico, the margarita has earned its rightful place as one of the best Tequila cocktails in history. Although there are endless variations, the classic recipe is such a strong foundation for those who want to enjoy this classic. But of course, we HAVE to spice ours up! Ay Caramba!!
2 oz Blanco Tequila
1 oz FRESH lime juice
1/2 oz agave
1/2 oz orange liqueur
7-8 dashes Dugan and Dame Bitter Ghost Bitters
Kosher Salt
Garnish: Lime Wheel

Rim glass with lime then roll in salt. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Dump into salted glass, kick your feet up and bring on the chips and salsa.
